Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes.

Are Candix products safe for pets?

Yes. All Candix products are designed for pet use and made with pet-safe materials. Always supervise your pet during use and discontinue use if damage occurs.

What size dogs are your products best for?

Each product page includes size and usage recommendations. Some toys are best suited for small to medium dogs and are not recommended for aggressive chewers.

Are your toys indestructible?

No toy is truly indestructible. Candix toys are designed for interactive play and enrichment, not heavy chewing. Supervision is recommended at all times.

How do I use the Candix Rollie™?

Simply charge the Rollie™, place it on a flat surface, press the power button, and let your dog play. For best results, use indoors on smooth floors.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Used pet products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
